The crime scene was thoroughly examined, and CCTV footage revealed four suspects entering the residence at 1:15 pm. Two of the suspects forcibly entered the house by breaking the door, while the other two stood guard outside. The suspects quickly fled the scene at 1:34 pm. Their images have been circulated to aid in their identification, as stated by Deputy Commissioner of Police Ankit Chauhan.

Female police officers will be deployed in plain clothes to identify and prevent potential criminals. The squads will prioritize victim safety and collaborate with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), Market Welfare Associations (MWAs), and local volunteers to enhance vigilance and identify additional vulnerable areas. This collaborative effort aims to shield survivors from public scrutiny.

DCP (Outer North) Nidhin Valsan stated, "An investigation revealed that the victim had gone to the Ramlila Ground to relieve himself when he was unexpectedly attacked by a bull amidst a confrontation between two bulls, leading to his hospitalization. Legal action under Section 194 of the BNSS is being pursued in connection with this incident."
