Mysuru: The Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team will stage aerial displays in Mysuru from October 18 to 20 as part of Mysuru Dasara 2026, Karnataka’s Department of Information and Public Relations has announced.
In its statement on X, the department said India’s defence forces would participate in the celebrations, with tableaux representing all three wings of the Armed Forces.

Air display to feature in Dasara celebrations
The department described the Surya Kiran team’s participation as a celebration of pride and patriotism, with aerial displays planned for the people of Mysuru.
Armed Forces tableaux
The tableaux will showcase the valour, service and spirit of the Armed Forces and add to the grandeur of the festivities, the department said.
