Delhi CM Rekha Gupta Highlights Citizen Grievance Redressal at Jan Seva Sadan, Vows Swift Action

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta extended a warm welcome to citizens at the Jan Seva Sadan, where she personally interacted with residents from across the capital during a public hearing session. Gupta, in her post on X, said she listened to suggestions and grievances raised by people from various parts of Delhi and directed officials to ensure timely resolution of every issue.

“Dialogue with the people always gives me new energy and deepens my commitment to public service. The Jan Sunwai initiative is a new tradition of governance where every citizen’s voice is heard, and every suggestion becomes a guiding force for Delhi’s development,” Gupta wrote.

She reiterated that the Delhi government remains committed to giving public service the highest priority and providing quick solutions to every citizen’s concerns.
