New Delhi: North District Police said they had cracked a ₹24.90-lakh robbery case near Gate 5 of the Tis Hazari Court Complex after identifying six suspects. The robbery took place on October 26, when a bag containing the cash was snatched from a motorcycle-borne man.
Police said Gaurav alias Teda was apprehended in Shahdara. They said ₹15.90 lakh was recovered from the Agra home of a person described as the alleged main conspirator, Aniket alias Kalu. Police said the balance ₹9 lakh remained to be recovered and that efforts were under way to apprehend the other suspects and establish their roles. The investigation is continuing.
