New Delhi: Delhi Police’s Police Post Sangam Park under the North-West District solved a snatching case within an hour, arresting a habitual offender after a swift chase during routine patrolling.
According to Delhi Police, the alert patrolling team acted promptly after the incident, tracked down the accused and apprehended him within an hour of the offence.
During the operation, police recovered one country-made pistol along with one live cartridge from the accused. They also seized three stolen two-wheelers allegedly linked to him.
Police identified the accused as a Bad Character (BC) of Roop Nagar Police Station, with previous involvement in 31 criminal cases.
The North-West District Police said the quick detection of the case reflects its continued focus on swift action against crime and ensuring public safety.
