New Delhi: Delhi Police arrested one accused and recovered 53 cartons containing 2,650 quarters of illicit liquor after intercepting a delivery in Kabir Basti.
The operation was carried out by the Special Staff of North District, police said.
Police said a Haryana-registered WagonR was carrying a Uttar Pradesh commercial number plate.
The accused had previously been involved in six criminal cases, according to police.
