The Airports Authority of India (AAI) and other relevant aviation authorities have issued Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) regarding the temporary closure of these airports. The closure will be in effect from May 9 to May 14, with operations resuming at 05:29 IST on May 15.

In a statement to reporters, Gupta highlighted the importance of hospitals being ready to serve the people in times of crisis. Health Minister Pankaj Singh also confirmed that Delhi government hospitals and staff are well-prepared for emergencies, with reserved beds and necessary equipment available.
