Prestige Group Expands NCR Footprint, Secures Gurugram Land with ₹4,200 Crore Development Potential

Date:

New Delhi: Prestige Estates Projects Limited (Prestige Group) has strengthened its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) by securing a prime land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, with a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,200 crore.

The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel. The proposed project will feature a saleable area of approximately 3 million square feet and is planned as a modern residential community.

Strategically located near the Dwarka Expressway, the site is expected to benefit from improving infrastructure, enhanced connectivity to major business hubs, and rising residential demand in Gurugram.

The development is part of Prestige Group’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in key urban markets, particularly in the NCR region, while maintaining a focus on quality execution and timely delivery.

Commenting on the development, Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack said the acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term growth plans in high-potential markets. He added that the group remains focused on disciplined expansion, targeting locations with strong infrastructure growth and sustained demand.

On behalf of the landowners, Ajay Munot, Founder of Eka Life (JV partner Sare Gurugram Private Limited), said the partnership with Prestige Group is expected to unlock the full potential of the land parcel and create long-term value for stakeholders.

The project is anticipated to further strengthen Prestige Group’s residential portfolio in NCR and contribute to the ongoing growth of Gurugram’s real estate market.
