New Delhi: Dwarka district police said they solved a ₹30-lakh Dabri burglary within six hours of receiving the complaint, arresting a 19-year-old suspect after examining CCTV footage and technical evidence.
The Anti-Burglary Cell arrested Amit Kumar, alias “Model”, in connection with the case, police said in an update on October 7.
Jewellery, cash and valuables recovered
Police reported recovering stolen gold and silver jewellery, ₹45,000 in cash, a Samsung mobile phone and a valuable wristwatch from the accused.
The district police said the team began analysing CCTV footage and technical evidence as soon as the complaint was received and apprehended the suspect within six hours.
