New Delhi: Outer North district police said they apprehended a 19-year-old man after stopping him on a motorcycle without a number plate during beat patrolling in Narela on October 28.
Police identified the accused as Alfej. Police said an engine and chassis number check linked the motorcycle to e-FIR 25750/2026 at Narela Police Station under Section 305(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Police said they later recovered a second Hero Splendor Plus motorcycle at the accused’s instance. It was linked to e-FIR 10361/2026 at North Rohini Police Station, registered under the same section.
Police said both motorcycles were seized and the respective stations informed for further legal action.
