Fire Breaks Out in Four-Storey Building in Rohini, All Residents Rescued Safely

New Delhi: A fire broke out in a four-storey residential building in Delhi’s Rohini area, triggering panic among residents and prompting a swift emergency response.

According to initial reports, flames were seen rising from the building along with thick plumes of smoke, creating a tense situation in the locality. Visuals from the spot showed intense fire and heavy smoke engulfing parts of the structure.

Fire brigade teams rushed to the scene immediately after receiving information, and multiple fire tenders were deployed to bring the situation under control. Firefighters launched a coordinated operation to douse the flames and prevent the fire from spreading further.

The priority for rescue teams was to ensure the safety of those trapped inside the building. Officials confirmed that all residents were safely evacuated, averting any casualties.

The exact cause of the fire has not yet been determined. Authorities said a detailed investigation will be conducted once the fire is completely extinguished and the site is secured.

The incident once again highlights the importance of fire safety preparedness in residential buildings, especially in densely populated urban areas like Rohini.
