New Delhi: A written post by Pankaj Rai Media reported that Delhi Police Crime Branch arrested R.K. Regan Singh alias Gandhi, 35, in Yusuf Sarai. The post described him as a wanted cadre of the banned People’s Liberation Army and said he was wanted in two cases registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act in Manipur.
According to the post, police checked hotels and CCTV footage in areas near AIIMS while tracing Singh. It said his identity was confirmed with Manipur Police.
