Couple Arrested for Neighbor’s Murder in Delhi

Date:

New Delhi: The Delhi Police have apprehended a couple and their minor son in connection with the murder of a man following a dispute in Dwarka, officials reported on Monday.

The suspects—Faisal Hussain, 54, his wife Ruksana Khatoon, 46, and their juvenile son—had been evading capture after allegedly attacking their neighbor, Molana Hasan, and his sons with sticks and iron rods on April 29.

According to police reports, the altercation stemmed from ongoing disturbances caused by a gaming parlour operated by the accused. Tragically, Hasan’s son, Osama, later succumbed to his injuries while receiving medical treatment, prompting the registration of a case at the Bindapur police station.

The suspects, residents of Sewak Park, were ultimately arrested in the Saket area on May 9. Authorities have indicated that further investigations are ongoing.
