Youth Stabbed to Death in South Delhi’s Madangir Area in Apparent Case of Personal Rivalry

NEW DELHI: A tragic incident unfolded in south Delhi’s Madangir area as a 21-year-old man, identified as Nishu, was brutally stabbed to death. The police suspect that this heinous act was a result of personal rivalry, as stated by an officer on Thursday.

The attack occurred in H-2nd Block, Madangir, where Nishu, a local resident, was ambushed by a group of individuals armed with knives. Eyewitnesses reported that Nishu was standing at a street corner when the assailants launched their vicious assault. Prompt action by concerned locals led to Nishu being rushed to the AIIMS Trauma Centre, but tragically, he was declared dead upon arrival.

In response to this senseless act of violence, the police swiftly apprehended three suspects believed to be involved in the murder. Additionally, a knife was recovered from the crime scene, further implicating the arrested individuals.

The initial investigation points towards personal enmity as the primary motive behind this brutal attack. The officer leading the case confirmed the arrest of the three suspects and assured that the investigation is ongoing to bring justice to the victim, Nishu.
