Delhi Cabinet Approves ‘Hauslon Ki Udaan’ Scheme to Showcase Youth Talent on Global Stage

Date:

New Delhi: In a major push to recognize and promote youth talent, the Delhi Cabinet led by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today approved the launch of a new scheme titled “Hauslon Ki Udaan” under the Department of Art and Culture.

The scheme is set to benefit nearly 50 lakh young individuals across the capital, offering a platform to showcase their creativity in fields such as dance, music, painting, and other art forms.

“This is not just a government scheme, but a movement to boost the confidence of every talented youth in Delhi. ‘Hauslon Ki Udaan’ will identify and nurture hidden talent in every assembly constituency, eventually giving them a chance to shine at the state level and beyond,” CM Rekha Gupta said after the cabinet meeting.

As part of the program, competitions will be organized at the zonal, district, and state levels, and top-performing individuals in each artistic field will be honored with the ‘CM Cup’. Winners will also receive professional mentorship and government support to further enhance their skills.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the goal is not only to spot talent but also to nurture and project it globally, adding, “Delhi will now give both recognition and wings to its talented youth.”
