Delhi Deputy Mayor Jai Bhagwan Yadav Conducts Surprise Inspection at Hindu Rao Hospital, Orders Immediate Cleanliness and Road Repairs

New Delhi: Delhi Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor Jai Bhagwan Yadav carried out a surprise inspection at Hindu Rao Hospital, the largest civic-run hospital in the capital, and directed officials to immediately improve cleanliness, repair roads, and strengthen facilities for patients.

During the inspection, Yadav focused on the hospital’s sanitation system, instructing staff to ensure timely garbage removal, regular pruning of trees, and a clean environment both inside and outside the hospital premises. “Patients and their families must experience a hygienic atmosphere in hospital surroundings,” he stressed.

He further ordered immediate repair of broken roads outside the hospital and removal of roadside garbage and encroachments. Addressing the issue of stray dogs on the campus, Yadav instructed swift action to capture them to prevent inconvenience to patients and visitors.

The Deputy Mayor also interacted with patients and attendants, listening to their grievances and directing officials to ensure prompt redressal of issues. While expressing satisfaction over the hospital’s current arrangements, he emphasized that the system must be further strengthened to deliver better healthcare services.

“Our responsibility is to provide patients and their families with a clean, safe, and convenient environment,” Yadav said. He assured that Delhi Municipal Corporation will continue to improve civic hospitals, enhance infrastructure, and deliver the best possible medical facilities to the public.
