New Delhi, July 5: The Delhi Government’s Public Works Department (PWD) has launched the PWD Sewa App, a digital platform that enables citizens to directly report complaints related to roads and public infrastructure.
Through the app, residents can lodge complaints regarding damaged roads, potholes, waterlogging, drains, flyovers, foot overbridges (FOBs) and other PWD-maintained infrastructure. The complaints will be sent directly to the department for prompt action.
According to the department, the digital initiative is aimed at strengthening citizen participation while ensuring faster, more transparent and accountable grievance redressal. The platform is expected to improve monitoring of civic issues and accelerate maintenance work across the capital.
The Public Works Department has urged residents to use the PWD Sewa App to report civic problems and contribute towards building a safer, cleaner and better-connected Delhi.
The initiative is part of the government’s broader push towards Digital India, leveraging technology to improve public service delivery and infrastructure management.
