New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has officially opened membership for its prestigious golf course located in Sector 24 of Dwarka, as announced by the land-owning agency.

According to the playing rights brochure released by the DDA, individuals from the non-government sector can secure a five-year membership by paying an entry fee of Rs 9 lakhs, along with a monthly fee of Rs 2,200. Alternatively, a three-year membership in the same category is available for an entry fee of Rs 6 lakhs, with the same monthly fee of Rs 2,200.

For government employees, the entry fee is set at Rs 3 lakhs for a five-year membership and Rs 2 lakhs for a three-year membership, accompanied by a reduced monthly fee of Rs 1,500.

The golf course itself is an impressive 18-hole layout that spans 7,377 yards. It features a two-level, open-air driving range capable of accommodating up to 52 players simultaneously—26 on each level. Additionally, the facility boasts a modern clubhouse equipped with a range of amenities.

The DDA is offering a total of 2,000 memberships, with 200 reserved specifically for government employees. The remaining memberships are available to general applicants, as well as members of foreign embassies and organizations.

An official document states, “Spouses and dependent children aged five to 21 can be included in the playing rights of approved members. Dependents granted playing rights will be required to pay a monthly subscription, as applicable.”

Under the established rules, dependents of members are entitled to play on the golf course, utilize the driving range, and access clubhouse facilities. Non-playing dependents are exempt from the monthly subscription fee and are not permitted to play on the golf course, although they may enjoy the clubhouse amenities.

The entire application process and payment of entry fees will be conducted online. Applicants seeking tenure playing rights must submit their applications along with the required documents through our online platform.
