Tragic Discovery: Man Found Deceased in Parked Car in Vikaspuri, West Delhi

New Delhi: A 55-year-old man was discovered dead inside a parked car near a PVR cinema in the Vikaspuri area of West Delhi on Monday evening, according to police officials.

Authorities received a call at approximately 6:30 PM at the Vikaspuri police station, reporting that a vehicle had been left parked near the PVR since the previous evening. Upon arrival, officers found the car’s door ajar, and a strong, unpleasant odor was emanating from within.

Inside the vehicle, the police located a man, later identified as Rakesh Kumar, lying motionless. Preliminary examinations revealed no visible signs of injury on the body. “The exact cause of death will be determined following a postmortem examination,” stated a senior police officer.

The deceased’s family has been notified, and inquest proceedings have commenced. Authorities are actively pursuing further investigations into the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
