New Delhi: Delhi Police’s Rohini District Special Staff has arrested four people in an operation targeting an alleged interstate heroin supply and manufacturing network, with investigators tracing an alleged manufacturing facility to Lucknow.
The reported recovery includes 6.275 kg of heroin, with an estimated international-market value of approximately ₹50 crore. The valuation is an estimate cited in the account of the operation.
Raw materials and equipment seized
The operation reportedly yielded 3.291 kg of raw material: 2.504 kg of sodium and 787 grams of acetic anhydride. A tub, gas cylinder, cloth, containers, polythene bags and a grinder were also listed among the items recovered.
Two SUVs and ₹3 lakh in cash were seized. The alleged principal supplier, described as the owner of the manufacturing facility in Lucknow, was arrested in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, the account said.
