Paharganj Theft Case: Rs 1,85,500 and $2,600 Recovered; 72-Year-Old Arrested

New Delhi: Paharganj police have arrested a 72-year-old theft suspect and recovered Rs 1,85,500 and US $2,600, Central district police said in an update on Monday, October 26.

Investigators analysed footage from more than 100 CCTV cameras in the case, police said.

Search for remaining stolen items continues

Police described the arrested person as a habitual thief and said efforts were continuing to recover the remaining stolen items.
