Four Alleged Bootleggers Held in North-East Delhi; 205 Quarters of Illicit Liquor Seized

New Delhi: Delhi Police have apprehended four alleged bootleggers during an enforcement operation against the illegal liquor trade in the city’s North-East District.

North-East District Police announced the action through a post on its official X account.

“North-East District Police stepped up enforcement against the illegal liquor trade,” police stated in the post.

According to police, the four apprehended individuals include two women.

Police said 205 quarters of illicit liquor were recovered during the operation.

The X post did not disclose the location of the action, the identities of the accused or details concerning the alleged source and intended destination of the seized liquor.
