New Delhi, May 29: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta conducted a surprise inspection of the e-Sub Registrar Offices located at Ambedkar Bhawan in Rohini and directed officials to immediately improve cleanliness, maintenance and citizen-centric facilities at the premises.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister reviewed the functioning of the offices and assessed the quality of services being provided to citizens. She instructed officials to take prompt corrective measures to address shortcomings and ensure a better public experience.
Emphasising the need for efficient governance, Gupta said citizens are entitled to transparent, timely and hassle-free public services. She reiterated that delay, negligence and corruption have no place in public administration and that accountability must be maintained at every level.
The Chief Minister directed concerned officials to strengthen service delivery mechanisms and ensure that government offices remain accessible, clean and citizen-friendly.
Highlighting the Delhi Government’s governance priorities, Gupta said the administration remains committed to delivering tangible results on the ground and improving the quality of public services across the national capital.
The surprise inspection is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to enhance administrative efficiency, strengthen transparency and improve citizen satisfaction in public-facing departments.
