Delhi Government Announces Free DTC Bus Travel for NEET (UG) 2026 Candidates on June 21

New Delhi, May 29: The Delhi Government has announced free travel for all candidates appearing for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2026 on June 21 across the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus network.

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the initiative has been introduced to ensure that students can reach their examination centres without any inconvenience and focus entirely on their examination.

Under the scheme, NEET (UG) 2026 candidates will be allowed to travel free of cost in all DTC buses on the day of the examination upon producing a valid admit card.

The move is aimed at easing transportation concerns for thousands of students appearing for one of the country’s most competitive entrance examinations and ensuring they reach their centres on time.

The Chief Minister said the Delhi Government remains committed to supporting students and creating a conducive environment for academic success.

Extending her best wishes to NEET aspirants, Gupta said she hopes their hard work, dedication and perseverance will lead them to success and help them achieve their career goals.

The announcement is expected to benefit a large number of students travelling across different parts of the national capital for the examination.
