DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Booking Opens for 10,172 Affordable Flats in Delhi from Monday

New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has brought good news for homebuyers, announcing the launch of its General Housing Scheme 2025. Starting Monday, booking will open for 10,172 flats across the national capital.

According to DDA, the flats have been developed under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and General category, and bookings will be offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

The residential units are spread across Dwarka, Narela, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, Todapur and other prime locations in Delhi. Officials said the scheme is aimed at providing affordable housing in Delhi and will be a major relief for lower and middle-income groups seeking permanent homes in the capital.

DDA described the initiative as a citizen-centric scheme, adding that the affordable rates under this housing plan are expected to benefit thousands of families looking for budget-friendly flats in Delhi.
