Delhi Residents Get Relief: 10% Property Tax Rebate Deadline Extended till July 31, Announces MCD Standing Committee Chairperson Satya Sharma

New Delhi: In a significant relief for property owners in the capital, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has extended the deadline for availing a 10% rebate on property tax payments till July 31, 2025. The decision was taken during the latest meeting of the MCD’s Standing Committee.

Announcing the move, Standing Committee Chairperson Satya Sharma said, “This extension has been made keeping in mind the convenience of Delhi residents. The rebate window was initially set to close earlier but will now remain open till the end of July to allow more citizens to benefit.”
