NEW DELHI: A tragic incident unfolded in the Swaroop Nagar area of outer north Delhi, where a seven-year-old girl was discovered lifeless with her throat slit at her home. The discovery was made by a patrolling team on Saturday evening, who noticed a gathering of people outside the residence. Upon investigation, a head constable found the young girl unconscious in a pool of blood inside the house.
