Charas allegedly sourced from Himachal Pradesh
Police said the charas had allegedly been procured from Jari in Himachal Pradesh for sale in Delhi. Investigators alleged that the men were drawn by the prospect of easy money, and said two had disclosed consuming charas and sulfa.
According to the Crime Branch, one of the men has 17 reported criminal cases, including three murder cases, while another has multiple previous theft and other criminal cases. These are police-reported case histories, not findings of guilt in the present matter.
