New Delhi: Delhi Police Commissioner Anurag Kumar visited the Pink Booth at Delhi University’s North Campus and heard women students’ concerns about their safety, North District Police said.
During the interaction, Kumar sought to understand gaps in the existing arrangements and discussed measures to address the concerns raised by the students, according to the police.
North District Police described the interaction with the message, “She speaks. We listen. Safety moves forward.”
“Their voices guide our efforts. Their safety shapes our priorities,” the police said in the update on the North Campus visit.
