AAP Slams Gupta Govt’s 100-Day Report Card as “False”

Date:

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has vehemently condemned the Rekha Gupta government’s performance in Delhi during its initial 100 days. AAP’s city unit chief, Saurabh Bharadwaj, dismissed the government’s report card as “false” and “misleading,” raising concerns over unfulfilled promises. Key among these are the pledged Rs 2,500 stipend for women and the reinstatement of 10,000 bus marshals.

Bharadwaj further accused the government of inaction regarding increased fees in private schools and delays in filing an FIR against a Dwarka school accused of child mistreatment. While Chief Minister Gupta has highlighted achievements such as Yamuna rejuvenation and healthcare initiatives in a released workbook, the AAP remains unconvinced, alleging that the BJP government is concealing aspects of a proposed education ordinance. These accusations paint a picture of a government under scrutiny, facing challenges to its claims of progress and public service.
